FUN WITH TEDDIES VIDEO!
We all know that little children absolutely love teddy bears so we can take advantange of this fact to teach them everything we want our pupils to learn using them in our classroom.
On the other hand, teddy bears are cozy, cuddly and adorable!
Count the teddies (up to 10), discover some opposites, and see what the teddies are getting up to! Teddy bear fun for preschoolers. The music is The Blue Danube by Johann Strauss.

Aquí tenemos una pequeña selección de videos basados en los brillantes libros de Eric Carle. Me parece un recurso didáctico muy útil, ya que complementa a los libros de este fantástico autor y los niños los disfrutan enormemente.

Ya no queda nada para Easter así que como hacemos casi todos al aburrirnos de nuestras fichas de siempre (los conejitos a estas alturas, ya tendrían que estar en el horno con una manzana dentro), me dispuse a "googlear". Qué buena pinta tiene esta página... id a verla antes de seguir leyendo... Os espero...
Bueno, qué...? Sí, todo nuestro gozo en un pozo, hay que aportar material elaborado por nosotros mismos para poder bajarnos alguna fichita... Como curiosidad, está bien, pero va a ser que o me pongo manos a la obra, y en lugar de ahorrarme trabajo me lo duplico o sigo googleando como el resto de los mortales :-)

WHO WAS ST. PATRICK?
Saint Patrick was born in Wales about AD 385. His real name was Maewyn.
When he was 16, he became a slave when a group of Irish criminals destroyed his village.
He escaped from slavery after six years and went to a monastery. He thanked God and decided that he wanted to convert the Irish pagans to Christianity.
Saint Patrick won many converts in Ireland. This upset the Celtic druids.
St. Patrick was arrested several times, but escaped each time. He travelled around Ireland, and established monasteries, schools and churches across the country.
Ireland was converted to Christianity. His mission in Ireland lasted for thirty years.
After that time, Patrick retired to County Down. He died on March 17 in AD 461.
That day was commemorated as Saint Patrick’s Day.
One traditional symbol of the day is the shamrock. Saint Patrick used the shamrock to explain the Trinity. His followers adopted the custom of wearing a shamrock leaf on his feast day.
Today, Saint Patrick is Ireland’s patron. People celebrate the day with parades, wearing green and having a good time.
Saint Patrick’s Day is also celebrated in other parts of the world where Irish immigrants live, for example in the United States, especially New York.
